Varied cases and twisting endings
Some episodes in this season are more frivolous and the characterization in certain cases is more shallow and one dimensional. But on the whole the offerings are good , with certain segments standing out more than others as is evidenced with prior seasons. Perry, Della and Paul Drake not to mention the ever present nemesis, Hamilton Burger are still enjoyable and retain an irrepressible charm.

A rich tapestry of entrapment, infiltration an dultimate triumph!
Daniel Silva has consistently raised the bar with every Gabriel Allon installment. His books have the cerebral entanglements of a John Le Carre novel and the frenetic speed of a Robert Ludlum experience. They are masterful examples of plotting and give vivid examples of character complexities, mingled with a formidable knowledge of the Middle Eastern geography and tumultuous culture.
