Fit for Life- In the Beginning

I love the informative way of Harvey's speaking. I have many of his books which I first started reading in the late 80's I've followed his other books approach to eating and truly felt wonderful in just a few days!! Now I plan on getting back into eating healthy and "staying" healthy with this information. I have bought quite a few of these books and given them to others in hopes they will use the information to their benefit. I truly feel Harvey is "on to some very useful information" and his provision of quotes is very helpful. I've been into healthy eating since the late 70's (on and off) but feel very strongly his recommendations can truly benefit those who are seeking a better way!!! Try the library first and then buy the books you really like. I have most all of them and do find some information is repetitve but if you are just starting out, read on!!!!!! Try it you'll like it.

Great Book-Great Food!

I love this book, borrowed from library to see whether I would like it. I did! Easily adaptable to simple meals and recipes look great.
