Shameful they made such a nice product with horrible and unworkable software.

I downloaded the app Dec 18, 2018, and my Smooth 4 has the latest firmware. It plays back audio of a video recording but not the video; it only shows a single frame while listening to the audio. It happens no matter whether you try to play it through the app, save and play it on the camera device (S7), or transfer it to a computer. It does not turn on the camera flashlight as stated, and it does not follow in the selfie mode. In Album it will not advance from All to Photo or Video libraries; that must be done manually. When a Photo or Video is open in Album it will not advance or reverse to other photos or videos meaning one has to use the back button and start over with only being able to select one item each time. When in use and the gimbal is moved in certain positions, the entire unit starts vibrating the like motors are fighting each other. I tried it with a second phone and it wouldn’t even sync at all, just a black screen. I downloaded the app 3 separate times, nothing works right and it wasted an entire day of my time. I was hoping beyond hope it would finally work right. I should have read the app reviews before buying it.
