  This shop offers an excellent service. If you have any questions, you just ask and the seller replies very quickly. This seller knows how to pack his typewriters. This one flew all the way across the pond to Europe and arrived in excellent condition (and quite a bit of packaging material). I can only recommend this shop.

The typewriter was exactly as advertised and the ad provided very clear photographs; however, they did not convey how exquisite this Lettera 32 is in appearance, condition, and quality. It truly presents "like new" which is amazing for a machine this age. It works fluidly well and is a pleasure to operate. Shipping was VERY prompt and packaging was secure. A+ transaction.   I'm pleased by my clean, experly restored Hermes 3000 typewriter. I took it to a typewriter technician with over 40 years of experience who confirmed that the Hot Rod Typewriter company did a fine job in the restoration. The typewriter arrived promptly, was well packed, and arrived with supplementary material including the user manual. Communication was prompt and friendly. A recommended seller!
