Absolutely amazing and an essential piece of any physical media anime collection.
Record of Lodoss War is a foundational piece of high fantasy anime. The source material is literally Japan’s version of Dungeons & Dragons and you’ll also catch references to popular western media like the Tolkien Legendarium. This collection encompasses all of the major releases of the anime and OVA and presents them in wicked high HD quality. Alongside Berserk, ROLW was my introduction to anime. five stars all the way. If you collect physical media anime, and you don’t have this, then you are doing it wrong.
