Cushing and Lee together again.
Great rendition of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Hound of the Baskervilles. Great cast. Peter Cushing is terrific as Sherlock Holmes, Andre Morell is just as believable as Dr. Watson and Christopher Lee is his usual excellent self as the cursed Sir Henry Baskerville. Really nice scenery throughout and Hammer always puts on their atmospheric touches. Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing always have a great chemistry when paired together in movies.

A true classic!!!
Gene Tierney was terrific as the psychotic and jealous wife. Pretty heavy subject matter for back in 1945. Cornel Wilde is always good in his roles. Vincent Price showed off his acting chops as well in a non-Horror cameo.

Brutal movie, but I liked it.
If you are a fan of the cannibal movie genre then this is for you. Brutal and graphic.
