Performs as stated.
It was as expected.
The remote took some time to work with, due to the need to click the on and off buttons very quickly.
Had to drill holes in the mounting bracket, as the house had the older style electrical box in the ceiling.

Works as described. Quality finish.The locking that holds the torque to the specified amount works well. The lines on the scale do not line up exactly (off by 1 or 2 in pounds), but well within the limits of what one needs for the maximum torque you are trying to reach.
