shifters
Upgraded to these from shifters from my ESP's inorder to my the conversion to a 9 speed drivetrain. They install easily and set up in minimal. They have a bit more grip length than the esp's but the supplied grips make fit on the bars easy. The shifting is spot on once the initial set up is done. The feel of the shift is a little softer than the esp's but still accurate. The esp's would click into place at the shifter and these feel to glide into place. Not a bad thing at all, just a different feel. All in all they work great.

not good at all
The material is kind of rubbery and tacky making it a bit difficult to use. It is almost impossible to get the backing off the to reveal the backing. They are cut exactly to size with no peel off tabs. I wouldn't waste your money on these.

Works like a clamp
It's a clamp no it's not rocket science. Fits perfectly to my avid brake lever. Perfect in you only run the brakes and not the brake/shifter combo which requires a different style clamp.
