What can a person say...other than..."ANOTHER WINNER"! Mr. Florence is a true professional and KNOWS what BOTH the collector and dealer are wanting and needing in a reference book. Good photos, informative text.
If any of you would ever have the good fortune to meet this man, as I have -- you would buy EACH AND EVERY one of his books -- you would be SOLD on him for life!! He is intelligent, personable, and well 'schooled' in his fields of expertise. Purchasing a Gene Florence reference guide isn't 'just buying another book'; it's supporting a most highly regarded individual in the industry of Antiques, Fine Arts, and Collectibles. His books include information that SETS THE STANDARDS for both collectors and dealers alike.

Guaranteed... chocked full of new FAVORITE ITALIAN recipes!
This cookbook is fantastic! It's loaded with many healthy and happy alternatives to meat and cheese laden Italian meals.
The Pesto Rice and Vegan Parmesan Cheese recipes were winners on the first try! Now my family REQUESTS these dishes. And the Pesto Tomato Vegan Pizza... YUM... a fam-fav for PIZZA PARTIES.
Some of the recipes are so easy to multiply... they work great for pot-lucks.
I'm V*E*R*Y pleased that I ordered this cookbook. I would highly recommend it for anyone that is looking for healthy choices in Italian cuisine.
