  There was a communication error between the seller and I. The package was not received when promised at the time of sell, however when it was shipped, I received it in a timely manner. The seller made a bad experience right. I have no issues ordering again. Mistakes happen, sometimes its worth giving the seller a chance to fix it.

Had issue with my local mail carrier, notified TheAntennaFarm about same. received a phone call from their shipping manager shortly after and they looked into the situation and I received my package next day.   A great company, but my last purchase from them as they wouldn't take any steps to help me obtain replacement parts because "we don't ship to Australia." They could have put up a special ebay order for me and then ordered the parts and shipped then the eBay Global Shipping Program, but that must have sounded like too much. So 4 orders in, I'm out.
