  seller had written the wrong address initially, so it got sent back. when the seller resent the item, he included one additional plant in addition to the roots. the roots were well packed. the plant is doing well and growing. one of the roots has sprouted. I'm waiting for the others to sprout. 2 weeks since delivery as of this writing. very timely communications

  These little guys came greatly packaged. The roots were still most, wrapped in news paper, and plastic wrap. They appear to be very healthy with new leaves already showing. Communication was absolutely amazing. Exchanged multiple messages over multiple days. Pictures were included. I've never had a better more thorough experience.
