Great Soap, Terrible Price

I was dumb enough to look at price from one vendor, not the size, and paid $6 for a 15 g (1/2 ounce) puny bar. I simply assumed $6 had to be a bar of soap, as that is what reputable vendors charge for the full bar.

Perfect Little Backup

I actually use this for my alarm clock. I have an APC surge protector which I plug this into, and then plug my alarm clock into it. When the power goes out for 30 seconds I don't have to reset my clock every time, which was annoying me cause power cycles off here a lot. I love my clock, but no battery backup, so this was ideal. Also gives me some extended juice to run/charge laptop during extended power outage (besides just battery power). Well made, battery large enough to do the job but have no illusions about running anything high powered, good ergo and aesthetics, decent sized (I have it atop my desk and it is large but not absurdly so), green light shines from switch and grill and always visible which I don't mind but be aware of using in room, I like how much it shines because in dim lighting you KNOW it is on. Beeps clearly and loudly when battery engaged, LED blinks every two seconds when on battery so you know, does so immediately without ANY interruption in power as would expect. If battery not good, drained, or other problem, green led switches to conspicuous red. Not sure I love this at full price (I am frugal guy). I got it for like $27 and am completely happy with it. Overall, I had long been looking for a small battery backup just for my clock, this is first thing I ever saw that fit the bill. At half the size and with only two outlets, it would have been perfect for my needs, but a little extra juice when you need it never a bad thing.
