  As soon as I reported that the cases I ordered were supposed to have hooks, but the ones I received had NO hooks, they issued a refund virtually IMMEDIATELY, along with an apology. Disappointed by the mistake, VERY PLEASED with the response!

  Excellent book. I underestimated how long it would take to arrive and clicked the wrong shipping address. The next day I requested to change it and was told eBay doesn't allow this. I would ask eBay to consider this. I should have cancelled and reordered but didn't think of it nor was it suggested by the seller. I highly recommend this book.

  Item advertised as new, was absolutely used. Box was opened, and had disgusting brown marks of unknown substance on the inside and outside of this so called new item. The Furbo had a large yellow mark on it. I already have one of these so I know what they look like new and this was no where close. Garage sale item at best. Will have to get support from eBay and dispute with CC company as seller dropped off the grid with communication. Would NEVER buy from this seller again.
