Excellent

I like how the open mode provides protection while still giving you better situational awareness. Gunshots don't leave your ears ringing, yet you can hear your own footsteps. They seal well and are fairly comfortable. The only thing I would change would be to make them not stick out as much. They almost get in the way of aiming down a rifle. But at the same time, their length makes them easier to put in and take out.

Minor modifications required, but good

On my Craftsman LTS 1500 one of this cover's straps was too short so I had to relocate it closer to the attachment point on my mower deck. No biggie--just drill a hole in the plastic. Also my mower deck lacked the tab on top so I fashioned one from a piece of metal strap. Also no big deal. Other than those things it fits perfectly. You kind of have to fiddle with it but now it sits perfectly in place and covers the hole very well. I took the chute off so it'd be easier to put this cover on and I don't have any problems with clippings flying out through gaps in this cover. I have spent a couple of days mulching leaves in my yard and have been very happy with this cover. Now I just have to figure out how to keep clippings from flying out from under the front of my deck...
