satin varnish
Does what it says on the tin, literately. Used it to varnish two giclee prints. Very subtle finish. if you want a more shiny finish, go for the gloss.

Not as good as her later series; "The Take" or "The Runaway" but still good
I liked both the films on this DVD. They were tough and gritty as you would expect from films based on Martinas novels. What some people may not like though is that they are not exactly like the books. This is often a problem with books that are made into tv series so this may come as no surprise.
Both the films also come across as a bit dated but no less enjoyable.
If you like Martina Cole you should like this DVD as long as you don't expect it to be completely faithful to the books.
