Hand Made Poodle Dog Weathervane
Let me start by saying that I do not normally write reviews...This product is my exception to this statement:
The perfect gift for the Poodle lover!
With all of the "Dog" related items out there, it is difficult to find something that is unique, practical and well constructed. While it quietly advertises that the house displaying it is a "Poodle" home, it really is a fully functioning weathervane! Made from powder coated steel, it is made to last. It arrives well packaged, with all of the parts secured so there is no damage to the beautiful copper color finish in transit. Assembly of the good sized components is very easy. After assembly you will notice that everything spins effortlessly thanks to the quality construction and the components used (stainless steel pin and ball bearings). Additionally the seller offers a wide variety of mounting options; From a simple garden style mounting post, to the more traditional "up on the roof" style and a few other mounts to boot, there is something for every location.
If you want a gift for the dog lover "that has everything" or just want to bring some old fashioned charm to your home or yard...This weathervane is a MUST HAVE! I highly recommend!
BTW: Be sure to check out the other dog breed weathervanes that are available. They are adorable too! They are all absolutely adorable!

WalkyDog is a terrific option! Well made, easy to install and use and gets a 4 out of 4 paw rating!
As long as you take a few "first steps" in preparation, the WalkyDog is a fantastic solution to safely taking your pup with you on bike advantures. This device keeps the pup at a safe, but not too far, distance from both the pedals and wheels. It works equally well on bicycles and recumbent trikes. The springs (located safely inside the chrome tube) serve to cushion the shock from you starting or stoping or your dog suddenly pulls in a alternate direction. The core is simply 550-paracord and is easily replaceable. Overall the fit and finish is very nice and the "quick-disconnect" bar is very convenient to either use as an emergency leash or to store when not in use. As a side note; this item was purchased/no compensation of any kind wasoffered or received in exchange for this review.
Here are a few recommended "first steps":
1) Get a well fitting "Pulling Harness". DO NOT attach your pup by the neck to this (or any other similar) device.
2) Take the time to train your pup to walk calmly next to you and your bike before you start actually riding.
3) Be aware that (just like you) your pup will need to gradually build up their endurance. Please dont start your first adventure with a 12 mile ride.
4) bring plenty of water for both human and pup.
