Entered the code online to extend from my trial license for 1 year, downloaded and installed Office on my laptop with no issues, also gives me 1 TB online storage.

Kindle is like new again with the replacement battery
Followed a YouTube video on how to replace the battery, removing the back of the kindle is a bit fiddly and the glue holding it all in was strong. I advise watching a few videos to get to know where the clips are that hod the back on and then it is possible for any sensible person with a bit of patience to do. The battery is installed and kindle works like new again so definitely worth the effort.
