D13J

The D13J is my go-to DCC decoder. It is the update to the long running D13SRJ, which was my previous standby. The nice thing about the update is that the decoder is shorter in length and is therefore able to fit into some smaller spaces that I would have previously used an N or Z scale decoder in.
