  Items were not as described. It was not said that some records were damaged. I contacted the seller and he said "I'm sorry you're disappointed", as if my feeling were unrealistic. Then the seller tells me that "the listing was for the sleeves and the records can easily be replaced". Seller would not accept a return and offered a small partial refund. I thought I was getting a deal on records and sleeves when I was actually paying full price for sleeves.

  I don’t understand why he’s leaving negative feedback. He never asked for a refund. I suggested I a partial refund which he accepted. I’ve been on eBay for 25 years with 99.8% feedback Seems like he wanted it cheaper.
