  Cups/saucers arrived in a timely manner and because they were packed with care, they arrived safe and sound. Wish I could say the same for the shipping company, though, because they handled my package with anything but care, resulting in one side of the shipping box split halfway down at the seam. I've gotten other packages shipped by this company, but never had them arrive in this condition before now, so this obviously surprised me.
