Could be better made. Poor charger contacts.
I have noticed that the resistance reading is never the same, maybe the connections I'm not sure. I can place a battery in and look at the resistance and move it away from the contacts and it will change a lot. 199, 162, 238, 192 and it's never the same. The resistance make a deference in the time it takes to charge and how many mAhs the battery will hold.

This setup MOVES YOU
I have a bad back and after a long ride it's hard to walk but turn this up and walking is no problem with a 632 mile trip. DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE! Sure it's not good for your ears but I would rather walk then hear I guess.
