Mild face mask
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This Mary Kaye product provides a gentle exfoliation (a mask) that can be used 2-3 times a week. Plus factors include it is clear so it is not noticeable to anyone other than you, and it only takes 10 minutes. You can leave it on overnight, but I didn't notice any difference between the overnight and 10 min version. The minus: you won't notice much difference between before and after; the affect is subtle. It might be more noticeable if you wear a lot of makeup because this would definitely take the makeup off and clean out your pores. I've enjoyed using it and would purchase again.

Big and unwieldy
this weight watcher journal is similar to the older ones, which I have used for years, but it is larger and has a large spiral binding that makes it difficult to carry around. One of the things I need in a journal is portability and this one is much less portable than previous versions. It appears that marketing took precedence over functions. Get the old ones if you can find them. There are also universal food journals that are much more functional. They lack the inspirational sayings, but they fit in my work bag.
