Not as expected
You can certainly trap the bugs, however the unit does not allow for release of the insects without harm. The sliding door on the unit is difficult to shut as described and has to be manually pushed every time. It also falls open too easily when attempting to remove bug to an outside space. Not as humane as advertised.
