Buy the best.
Duracell batteries are not the cheapest on the market, but unlike other batteries you do not have to keep changing them every few weeks, so they workout cheaper in the long run and no hassle with electrical items not working.

It does what is says on the tin!
I used this product to cover a water stain on a down stairs ceiling caused by a leaking first floor radiator and an oil? stain which kept reappearing when painted over with emulsion paint.
The Damp Seal covered both stains with one liberal coat leaving a white "gloss" finish when dry. It was easy to apply by brush with the consistency of thick wood glue. After being left to dry it was totally covered by one coat of white emulsion paint.
I have not tried this product on a damp wall/ceiling but it worked excellently as a stain blocker on my dry ceilings and there was no further reappearance of either stain.
