Impressive
Surprise!! Better than ever expected. Snug, durable, slim, protective, resilient, non-slip grip. The size of your phone + a hair and keeps it safe, body and screen. Absolutely recommend it and will get the same brand with my next phone.

OTTER (Only) BOX
Wish I had just tried this one first. Wouldn't have/aren't trying anymore. Fits perfectly snug with the padded back cover and front pieces snapped together, without being impossibly hard to lock/latch the catches. Open power button (had to push some so hard and still no response). True, card slots are covered. As often as I swap/remove memory cards (on occasion for hassle free download but you can use the USB cord) or need to open the Verizon card slot (um, why?) it's no problem. But when I do have to, still no problem because of the genius design on this thing! It's so easy to pop open and seal back up. Trust me, not so easy in as it just falls apart but masterfully created to disassemble and assemble in a technically sound, quality built way. The charging port and earphone Jack are covered by a piece of the back casing that just flaps over and keeps all the dust, pocket lint or whatever else out. This may be my only peeve now. These HTC M one 8's already have charging port issues and with the charger in, this flap does put some pressure against it if you're not careful. That, and as a guy w/little to no fingernails, the flap is sometimes difficult to dig out from its seated position. The front plastic screen protector I s perfectly cut for both the top and bottom speakers. I have a regular seen protector underneath that even and can still effortlessly touch any part of my screen with no response problems. The back cover expertly has 2 framed cutouts for the camera/led light and viewfinder. The cutout for the ir is also expertly placed. Then the rubber ring you attach to cover the latches and frame the front cover gives me excellent grip as this phone is quite slippery. It also dresses this hardcore casing right up. Not overly bulky as most comparable casings are, stylish as a opposed to looking like it has tank armor on and overall the best looking, functional casing I've had on this phone. PS, yes I've test dropped it a couple times (no, not on purpose) and no cosmetic or operational problems to report. If you've read this far, just get it already. My next phone will have one.
