Great resource to help put past hurts, sins, and losses into categories that can be addressed biblically.
I have been through this book, have given it to someone, recommended it to others, and am now walking through it with someone. It is a great resource to help one evaluate past circumstances, hurts, sins, and responses from a biblical perspective. It helps you put all those things into categories, and then helps you know how to think and what to do about them. I believe it would be helpful for most any age group with obvious adaptations. Giving forgiveness, asking forgiveness, accepting God's sovereignty and providence, and finding contentment are all part of this process of putting your past in its place.
