I could not be happier
9 von 9 finden das hilfreich After a frustrating couple of years of eating very little, exercising constantly and no loss of that stubborn belly fat, THIS thing WORKED! Yes, it took a solid three months of every other day sit reading the news planted to the couch with my belt, but I lost 6 inches around my waist and 12 pounds. I could not be any happier with a product that is surprisingly high in quality and low in cost. The belt is showing some wear around the plastic edging where the freezer packs are inserted, but it does not affect the product. I asked a question about why one freezer pack was freezing oddly, and it was immediately replaced at no charge!

Good reference book
The book does contain information, but information valuable to soapmakers only, it is not in a category I would call useful or interesting in any way, it is a reference book for the very small minority of humas that love making soap.
