My grandkids got injured by a defect!

I had the 4 stakes (which it requires 8!) pushed down so far you could not see them YET one managed to tear out of the ground and scar his back up. Left a large scrape and bruise. From then on he was so scared of it! He is 3. It was not slippery AT ALL! My 7 year old also hated it...not much fun! I would of been better off buying a large piece of plastic. The curves make it IMPOSSIBLE to even slide down. Now I am stuck with it sitting in my garage and will never be used again.
