Pleased with item
With old lenses there is always the possibility of a build up of dust and fungus in the internal optics. This lens had no fungus and very little dust which would not affect performance. Also these push pull lenses can get mechanically slack and suffer from lens creep where the lens alters the focal length at its own volition. This lens is still mechanically good; I was impressed.
All together better than I could have expected sold at a realistic price.

David Busch's Nikon d7100 guide
This book adds to the information included in the Nikon Manual provided with the camera but in a more readable manner making it easier to assimilate information.
The book will prove its worth as the camera is used and investigated in the future.
