Meh.
I thought this would be a real eye opener. We already do about 90% of the things listed. I would recommend if you are just starting your preparedness journey, but if you are a seasoned prepper don't bother.

Not a recipe book.
It's not exactly what I was looking for. Although it is packed with info about essential oils, I was looking more for a...recipe book, telling me which oils to use for various ailments and how to mix them. Will keep the book for sure as it does have a LOT of info.
