Powerbank of uncertain capacity.

Having tried two of these items, they have not provided the output suggested by the 2600mAh capacity. Every time on "full" charge, they have provided less than 1 hr charging for a mobile phone, so capacity was actually less than 1000mAh. There is very limited information provided as to use, for instance how long the item should be on charged for. Actually, within the item there is a red LED (can be seen faintly through the USB connection) which flashes as the item charges and stops flashing when charged. A simple design change would have made this visible through the casing. This LED also lights up when the powerbank is used to charge another item. Ability to see the LED instantly gives all the information needed as to when the powerbank is actually working. A potentially very useful item, but variable quality of actual capacity makes it suspect.
