Terrible experience!! Customer asked to return a brand new drone after they opened it and used it. Said the quality was cheap and that it was junk. I offered to send the same item or even a different drone out. I explained that all sales are final and send a very courteous partial refund for the item of what I had in it. I explained to the customer that you purchased a $70 drone, although I completely understand the quality concern…. You didn’t buy a $500 one…. Will not do business with again!
