  These are standard size trays that you customize to fit by dipping in boiling water for 3-5 seconds, then sucking out the air, also less time is better to start out so they don't shrink too much. I have been using these types of trays for years. I received them as described. I also soak them weekly in peroxide/ water solution. Shipping was adequate time. I would recommend. Thank you.
