This is a replacement for the copy that i wore out from much study, Rarely has so much wisdom been contained between two covers. A bargain at 10x the price for those who know.

I bought a copy for a gift after reading a copy from the public library. I've read several of the author's works finding them most enjoyable.

Try it. it can't hurt, and it may very well help.
It seems to work better as a plan of eating than other methods. I managed to attain a goal weight and maintain for some months before derailing and then resuming plan. It is certainly worth a try if one is serious about managing their feeding habits. One need not feel deprived by giving up any favorite foods. Only adjust the way in which one approaches eating.
