Best purchase all year
I have dubbed my personal sessions with the hyperice sphere as my vibration therapy. With any activity my muscles tighten within a day and that causes not only muscle pain but joint as well. Focusing on specific area after workouts and prior I don't go through the same soreness periods I was use to which allows me to go as hard as I want during my next activity. You can roll it anywhere but also just sit and hold it. I use it a lot while at my desk in meetings or if I'm just in the living room watching TV. I recommend this to anyone but especially those that have to take a break after a hard workout or an athlete that has multiple matches a day or daily to shorten recovery time.
