In this serio/comic film, Woody Allen shows his skill at balancing comedy with what could have been tragedy. A very engaging film, handled by a master.

NEW YORK STORIES
Definitely a should-have if you collect or just enjoy Woody Allen. Three short films of varying topics but the third one on the disc - "Oedipus Wrecks"- is Woody close to among his best. Hilarious, improbable situation so characteristically and deftly handled by Allen.
An excellent collection.
