  My new Lou Diamond Phillips DVD looks so much better in person than in the pictures IMHO and as described. The Seller's communication was great, has great pricing, great shipping prices, great shipping quality, fast shipping and great packaging, anything and everything you could ask for in a seller.   Thank you for the kind words. I should clarify things just a tad though. After notifying the buyer the item had an issue we issued a refund. They didn’t receive the item because we never sent it. The buyer was polite and understanding. Hope to deal with them again in the future.
