Lightweight and quality machining
I have a stampede 2wd with 27mm wheelie bar wheels. These wheels are 30mm with the O-ring just as described and just what I want. They feel light and solid, also they do look good. The Quality is excellent, no rough edges or underlying machining scratches, the anodizing is completely even and the O-ring ring is thicker than expected. I plan to purchase more and recommend you do the same. Once you have them...you have them.

Quality adhesive foam
I bought this with the intent of underlying my RC batteries. It is excellent material, easy to cut but very adhesive. It will not be used a second time as it will tear apart when trying to pry it off. It does not collect dust easy even though it is black in color. Definitely a good find.
