Great Historical Biography
Great historical biography that gives details about the time period in which Abe and Mary Lincoln lived. First read this back in 1958 in 6th grade and have wanted to reread it but could not find a copy. So wonderful to have found this good, clean copy. Thanks.

The World Is My Home memoir/autobiography by James Michener
1 von 2 finden das hilfreich Wish I could say that I have read this book already but I have not. I have wanted to read it for many years after reading most of Michener's books beginning with Hawaii when I was 14. I am sure that the story of his life is as compelling as the fiction he produced over the years. He paid meticulous attention to details in the historical fiction he wrote and I hope that this book is that good. I hope to gain some insight into his writing/research methodology also.

Hogan's Heroes is very entertaining.
so much better than watching 2 episodes a night on TV. It is great to be able to go back to the beginning of the series.
