  I made the payment as soon as auction was completed, I ask before bidding if everything worked and the seller said yes. When I received the shipment it was poorly packed with parts bouncing all over inside the box and now one of the lantern lamp post lights do not work. When selling an old collector type item it is important to pack well because the original box is value to the piece too so in the future if you continue to be a eBay seller you should learn to pack the item better for the buyer

  I am sorry. I guessed that the original styrofoam that the item was originally packaged in was good enough to protect it without putting some padding inside the original box. I thought since the box was inside another box it would be fine. Next time I will have to put padding inside the box also. Once again sorry that it was not packed good enough. Did you try to see if the bulb maybel was shaken loose in shipping. Thanks for the helpful hit.
