Long slim wheat bag
Perfect size to wrap around the neck or fit into the small of your back. The one minute microwave heating recommendation not enough for me but about two & half minutes. I found no trace of lavender scent at all but wasn't necessary for me anyway.

Easily 'mistaken' advertising
You really do have to concentrate on the advertising of this product. The illustrations and wording could easily be misinterpreted as you buying ' REAMS' of paper when in actual fact you are buying five 'SINGLE' sheets of paper for this what turns out to be a very expensive price. Beware!
