JFK Lives In This Great Documentary
0 von 1 finden das hilfreich With a program run time of over 3 hours and a bonus disk of 2 hours, this documentary set on JFK is as extensive as they come. It covers his early life through his presidency to his assassination on November 22, 1963. Kennedy was not a perfect person or perfect President, as the film shows, but he gave American people hope in a time when they needed it most: the turbulent 1960s. JFK: A New World Order is a fitting tribute to that hope and the man that gave it.

DiCaprio shines in J. Edgar.
Clint Eastwood's biopic on the like of former FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover may not be perfect, but one thing that is perfect is Leonardo DiCaprio's performance as the complex Hoover. To be the world's biggest movie star it is amazing how DiCaprio can transform himself in nearly every roll he plays to where you forget your watching LEONARDO DICAPRIO. He completely becomes Hoover in this movie. DiCaprio earned a SAG Award nomination for Best Actor for this performance and it was well deserved. The pace of the movie drags at times but DiCaprio always keeps you engaged. Showing once again why he is the best actor of his generation.

RFK: What could have been.
This is a great overview of the life of Robert F. Kennedy. From his birth to his role as Attorney General to his Assassination in 1968 when running for President. Very good information and we'll told on a life that was cut too short.
