More capacity than Apple
Installation of any battery in an Apple phone is fiddly business so be aware. The battery lasts me much longer than the Apple original ever did. Be aware also as a non-proprietary product it doesn’t show up in battery health if that matters to you. It doesn’t to me. So far it’s a better battery available at less expense.

Both are dead quiet. The problem is quality control on items like this can vary widely. For example, it's more than possible to get a Boss power supply that someone else would describe as "pure junk." So that's why you buy from someone who accepts returns.

Good match for my G&L
Though I've tried other types and brands I come back to EXL 170's for their sound, moderate tension, excellent intonation and good longevity on my LB 100. At around $10 per set in a two pack it's a no brainer.
