Day light bulbs
I find day light bulbs much better. Especially in the winter months.

if you are looking for a fitness dvd.....
I had the Y plan video some years ago and used it regularly for years. I have now purchased the DVD to get back into exercise.
It is excellent as it requires 12 minutes every other day so ideal for people who haven't got time for the gym or cannot afford the gym!
There are four levels so best to start at the bottom and move up as you improve. There are toning and aerobic sections so it really gets you moving.
It is well explained and easy to follow and achievable and enjoyable.
