Good for the price
I bought the dictaphone for work, the record button is temperamental but I was assured by the seller it was tested before it was sent, the charging dock also wasn't charging the product and the seller informed me that it worked when he tested it before it was sent and that maybe the rechargeable battery had been damaged in transit. Luckily you can use disposable batteries wth the product so this wasn't a huge issue. I've made the record button a little more secure and now the product is useable. It arrived swiftly and I do genuinely believe that the seller sent the product in good order. He offered to fix or replace it if I sent it back, but I need it for work so couldn't be without it - my point being the seller was helpful and not at fault in my opinion regardless of the faults with the product. It arrived swiftly and they were quick to reply with answers so I was happy with the service.
