The Microsoft link and the product key worked!
The link for downloading the Windows worked great, but it was difficult finding where to put the product key. Once this is found the rest was easy.

An exact replacement, I'm tilling again!
I was having problems finding parts for my old 7 HP. Kohler cast iron Tiller. Thank goodness I found this site! In less than a week, I had my carb. and was back tilling. Thanks for your quick shipping.
