Amazing! Kitchen essential
Must have for a well equipped kitchen. Yes, it is a comprehensive encyclopedia of German cuisine, but it also gives background, history, and epicurean techniques to help anyone master the art of fine cooking.
I must admit a curiosity for the obscure, so I was fascinated by the offal recipes and various parts that never made it to the tables I visited as a child of mid-America. Feet, knuckles, heads, tongues, and nether parts to make some drool and others cringe.
From squeal to tail this book will not fail.

Incredible collection of information and stories.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I am a community actor and am planning to play David O Selznik in a comedy about the reworking of the script with Ben Hecht and Victor Flemming. I need to do research on the project and this DVD is filled to overflowing. Plus, the actual movie is in pristine condition. Olivia DeHaviland's commentary is insightful and commanding.

Just as described
Lovely reminder of a great Shakespeare play. Will be displayed in classroom when I teach this classic. I do drink a lot of coffee, but pretty sure I won’t be using this beautiful piece for my go-go juice holder.
