I’ve never had a seller like this, initiated communication when some errors in shipping occurred, kept in communication with updates and then went above and beyond when they believed the condition wasn’t exactly as described, which I believe it was.   Seller noticed item wasn't delivered yet but was listed still at the outgoing office awaing sending and contacted the delivery to smooth things out with out having me even complain or question anything .I hadn't even noticed The delay . good service very satisfied.

  Buyer neglected to pay and Ebay cancelled order after 4 days. Buyer had purchased from me before and paid so not sure the issue this time. If buyer would have reached out I would have been happy to cancel order if needed.
