good, but not quite finished.
you could and should round the outward facing holes a bit and the inside edges of the pulley area, but only in the pulley area, before anodizing. it will be smoother for the rope and carabiners.

my go-to charger
I have had several chargers that come as a kit with batteries and eventually those chargers will show that the batts arent good anymore. I happened to put some of those batts in this charger and guess what; I've been charging and using those batteries for 15years now. so I tossed those other chargers away and use this one only. I just bought a second one for back-up. aaa's for my headlights and aa's for my radios.
