  I offered a lower price and asked to include shipping. they accepted. I went to pay and attached my request in the "note" area. the response I got was why would I include shipping? I paid bc I have been looking for this item for awhile. I get the wallet and it stinks like cigarette smoke. there's a lip print on the plastic area where their goes, there are a few spots on the outside and there's no tags on it as it said new it tags. I was told it was the neighbors and didn't know they smoked????
